There are no refunds on PDF files. If you have a problem downloading a file or there is a problem with the file itself contact us and let us know.
If you have lost your PDF file and had made the purchase before we had instant downloads available or if your order was lost when our web site crashed in November of 2010, just contact us with your name, the name of the pattern and the approximate purchase date (if possible) and we will look up your order manually and email it to you.
